agenttext is a simple yet effective way for prospective buyers to receive property information to their mobile phones by simply texting a unique reference number to a designated phone number.

Step 1 - Listing the Property
The Agent adds properties to their secure agenttext database via the internet. Each property is assigned a unique reference number which is then used on either for sale signs, in newspaper ads or on additional advertising material.

Step 2 - The Reference Number
The number is placed on the For Sale/To Let sign outside the property using preprinted flashes. Flashes can be customized to meet each agents requirements and can be specially branded.

Step 3 - Customer Enquiries
The prospective buyer can then simply TEXT this code to the advertised phone number to receive instant information on the property at any time of the day. The agent also receives an email alert regarding the enquiry. Enquiries are also stored in the agent's database for reference and future marketing opportunities.

Step 4 - Managing Enquiries and Leads
The agent is informed instantly once an enquiry is made by text and email. The agent can then follow up the enquiry using the mobile phone number. Prospective customers can also be targeted at anytime regarding other properties which may be of interest to them.
